As part of the extensive trials in which Air Force A-10s operated with units of the US Army as part of the "Joint Attack Weapons Systems" ("JAWS") tests, various new camouflage schemes were evaluated to help better protect the A-10. 75-0262 was one such aircraft on which this spotted scheme was applied.
